FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to novel 2,8-diazaspiro[4.5]decan-1-one derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, where R1 is selected from phenyl, which is substituted with one substitute selected from halogen-C1-4-alkoxy; R2 is selected from phenyl, pyridinyl and 2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-pyridinyl, which are substituted with one or two substitutes independently selected from C1-4-alkyl, halogen, halogen-C1-4-alkyl, hydroxy, C1-4-alkoxy, halogen-C1-4-alkoxy and benzyloxy; n equals zero. Invention also refers to a pharmaceutical composition based on the compound of formula (I).
EFFECT: obtaining novel 2,8-diazaspiro[4,5]decan-1-one derivatives inhibiting hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL).
