SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns detection system for electrochemical detection of protein analyte, comprising nanostructured microelectrode, containing linker on its surface, wherein linker is connected to antibody or its fragment capable to bind protein analyte; and redox reporter, capable to transfer electrons with said nanostructured microelectrode, where binding of protein analyte with above antibody or its fragment prevents electron transfer between said redox reporter and said nanostructured microelectrode. Group of inventions also concerns method for electrochemical detection of protein analyte, method for electrochemical detection of multiple protein analytes, method of monitoring of progression or response in an individual, suffering from malignant tumor, kit for electrochemical detection of protein analyte.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides simple and reliable analysis of proteins, based on electrochemical detection.
