FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to an assembly comprising a catheter stored in a package and a urine collecting bag. Closing of flow through catheter comprises a package of the catheter, a catheter with the hydrophilic coating and urine collecting bag. Urine collecting bag is attached to the catheter or is connected to it so, that during use there is possibility of urine passage through the catheter and ingress in urine bag. Set contains a cavity in the package, adapted for storing the hydrophilic coated catheter and liquid swelling medium for wetting the coating on the catheter. Besides, it includes a shuttler for the liquid in the cavity or catheter made so that prevents the passage of liquid swelling medium from the cavity through a catheter in urine collecting bag during storage. Catheter is a telescopic catheter comprising an outer catheter part and inner catheter part connected through a cone-lock with an extension element, two stops and a fixing element and equipped with extending element. Distal end of the outer catheter part is provided with a sealing element that, in a collapsed position of the telescopic catheter, cooperates with the other element or the end to form a seal preventing liquid from flowing through the catheter.

EFFECT: invention allows to prevent passage of fluid flow through the catheter during storage.
