FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular neurosurgery. Fragment containing surface temporal artery, aponeurosis and muscle is isolated. Craniotomy is made. Fragment of external sheet of dura mater with artery is isolated. Then internal sheet of dura mater is incised with two T-shaped cuts under middle meningeal artery parallel to it. Linear incisions are made on arachnoid mater and pia mater. Then fragment of external sheet is turned over by 180° and fixed to pia mater. Wherein arterio-muscular-aponeurotic fragment is placed under it on surface of brain near donor fragment of external sheet of dura mater. Then it is fixed with sutures to latter and to pia mater, defect is closed tightly with external sheet of dura mater.
EFFECT: method provides high potential of revascularisation.
