SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to antigen expression induction on cancer cells, and can be used in medicine. Treatment of cancer cells with agent selected from Mycobacterium w, cisplatin, paclitaxel, Gemcitabine and combinations thereof, obtaining cancer antigens: protein 45 kDa, expressed by pancreatic cancer cells, and protein 36 kDa, expressed by melanoma cells.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain tumor-specific antigen expressed by cancer cells treated by said agent, capable of immune response inducing on homologous and heterogeneous cancer cells, originating from same tissue/same organ.
