FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Heating element comprises exothermal composition, having oxidized metal, carbon component and water, and includes layer of base material and exothermic layer above. Base material layer is made of water-absorbing sheet and additionally contains water-absorbing polymer. Heating element includes alkali metal tribasic phosphate. Water content in heating element is equal to or greater than 50 weight parts and equal to or less than 90 weight parts per 100 weight parts of oxidized metal. Content of alkali metal tribasic phosphate, expressed through number of phosphate groups, is equal to or greater than 0.5 weight parts and equal to or less than 1.1 weight parts per 100 weight parts of oxidized metal.
EFFECT: invention provides increase of antiseptic and antifungal properties.
