SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication systems. Method of providing information includes following stages: receiving message of RRC connection reconfiguration, containing signal for requesting information for power consumption configuration controlling, determination of whether to transmit information for power consumption configuration controlling to base station, generating information for power consumption configuration controlling, if it is determined that information shall be transmitted to base station, transmitting information for power consumption configuration controlling.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling presentation of indication on state of power consumption.
