FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and can be used to produce silane and chlorosilanes. Trichlorosilane and a mixture of chlorosilanes are brought into contact with a catalyst. Obtained mixture is fed into a rectification section for separation of silicon tetrachloride. Mixture of chlorosilanes is returned to reactor, arranged on steam flow line of rectification section. Process is carried out at pressure in range 0.3–2.0 MPa and a temperature of 70–200 °C. For disproportionation of vapour exiting rectification column catalyst used is spatially cross-linked copolymers of divinyl benzene with vinyl pyridines. Process of extracting products is multi-stage, using partial condensation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency with reduced power consumption while maintaining high quality products.
