SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medical equipment, namely to the field of auxiliary devices for subcutaneous and intramuscular introduction of media into organism with means for regulation of needle depth introduction. Device for independent performance of intramuscular and subcutaneous injections contains outer case, tube-shaped stop and bushing, as well as retaining mechanism and extension spring. Continuous groove, in which extension spring is placed, is made in the butt end of retaining device. In butt end of outer case also made is continuous groove, in which stop with extension spring ia installed with possibility of sliding. Ends of extension spring are fixed inside stop and outer case grooves. Bushing, in which syringe body is rigidly fixed in such a way that syringe needle projects from outer case, is fixed on outer case. Bushing is made with possibility of regulating needle sticking out. Retaining mechanism is located on outer case and is made with possibility of stop fixation in sticking out position, in which needle tip is covered with sticking out stop.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of reliable in exploitation and simple to use device, adapted to work with syringes of different volume and purpose, which makes it possible for people, who lack skills of introducing media into organism, to make intramuscular or subcutaneous injections to oneself and other people.
