FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dye-sensitised solar cell, which includes working electrode (1), first conductive layer (3) for extracting produced photoelectrons from working electrode, porous insulating substrate (4), made of microfibres, wherein first conductive layer is a porous electrically conductive layer, formed on one side of porous insulation substrate, counter electrode, including a second electrically conductive layer (2), arranged on opposite side of porous substrate, and electrolyte for transfer of electrons from counter electrode to working electrode. Porous insulation substrate includes layer (5) of woven microfibres and layer (6) of nonwoven microfibres, applied on layer of woven microfibres. Present invention also relates to production of a dye-sensitised solar cell.

EFFECT: high mechanical strength of substrate at minimum possible thickness, as well as high electric conductivity of working electrode, is technical result of invention.
