FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy accumulation and storage device, namely to production of electrode made of porous powder layer, mainly for sensitised with dye solar cell having porous conductive powder layer, wherein said layer is formed by depositing precipitate, which contains particles of metal hydride onto substrate with further heating of residue for decomposition of particles of metal hydride to particles of metal; and heating to metal particles sintering to form porous conductive powder layer. Sedimenting of metal hydride particles, which have non-spherical, irregular shape and form relatively stable layer, which does not require additional pressing. Besides, metal particles formed from metal hydride particles can be mainly free of oxide on surface, which makes particles suitable for formation of porous conductive powder layer with high conductivity.
EFFECT: higher conductivity of porous conductive layer.
