SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermally conductive composite materials based on polymers, used to remove excess heat from the working devices and products. The described composite material, includes a silicone rubber as a polymeric binder and finely dispersed fillers, which consists of two components: a component A (base of the composite material) and component B (curing system), connected into a mass ratio of component A to component B from 100:4 mass.h. upto 100: 8 mass.h., at that the component A is a mixture of a low molecular silicone rubber with a molecular weight of 15000-60000 and a silicone oligomer filled with hexagonal boron nitride and dusty milled quartz, with a ratio of constituent ingredients, mass. h.: low molecular weight silicone rubber, 100, selected from SKTN grade A, SKTN grade B and SKTNF grade A, silicone oligomer, selected from the PMS-50 or PMS-100 upto 40, dusty milled quartz 60-320, hexagonal boron nitride 20-100, and component B is a mixture of a ethyl silicate and organotin salt, selected from tin octoate and tin diethyldikaprylate, and also may include additionally silicone oligomer with a ratio of constituent ingredients, mass. h .: ethyl silicate - 40 - 100, catalyzer - organotin salt, selected from tin octoate and tin diethyldikaprylate 10-30, silicone oligomer, selected from the PMS-50 or PMS-100, upto 100.

EFFECT: invention is a composite material, that combines the processability of the target application and the necessary thermal conductivity of the operation, including its products and devices.
