FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of a filled polymer composite material and may find application in the manufacture of silicone-based electrically insulating composite materials used for sealing radio and electrical products. Composite material is made on the basis of low molecular weight siloxane rubber, polymethylsiloxane, and finely dispersed silicon dioxide. Composite material additionally contains ethyl silicate. Mass ratio between polymethylsiloxane and ethyl silicate is from 1:1 to 6:1, and the mass ratio of the components that make up the material is: low molecular weight siloxane rubber, 100 parts by weight, fine silica 400–580 parts by weight, the total amount of polymethylsiloxane and ethyl silicate 25–55 parts by weight.
EFFECT: invention provides increased thermal conductivity of the composite material.
