FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fields of national economy, where filtration, purification of various media is required, in particular, it can be used in oil refining industry for cleaning hydrocarbons from particles of mechanical impurities, resins, asphaltenes, paraffins, their conglomerates, solid residue of oil fractions. Filter includes a chamber equipped with a cover, a removable filter element, inlet and outlet nozzles, partition, which serves for placement and fastening in the chamber of the filter element, communication of the inlet and outlet nozzles through the filter element, formation of flow of filtrate/filtered medium for its removal through outlet branch pipe and further transportation via pipeline after filtration. Filter element has seats for placement in the chamber and fixation on the partition, comprises a frame in the form of a perforated whole/part of the pipe/shell/structure of prefabricated elements, replacing them, with a filter screen installed on the frame along its side surface, which performs the function of filtering the medium in the filter element, which is placed on the inner/outer side surface of the pipe, which faces the flow of the medium being filtered. Pipe is perforated with openings with equivalent diameter larger than equivalent diameter of mesh cell. Filter element pipe is perforated by one window or by parallel rows of windows. Windows in the rows are preferably arranged with a uniform pitch; at that, adjacent rows of windows can be displaced relative to each other along and/or across the pipe. Number of windows in rows can be different. Dimensions of the section for perforation of the pipe are determined from the criterion of perforation, which consists in the fact that the distance between the openings is selected not less than the thickness of the wall of the perforated pipe. Perforation of windows is carried out with the number of perforation windows equal to the sum of the products MxKm of their number Km in the m-th row, m = 1, ..., M, by the number of rows M, wherein maximum number of windows in perforated row and number of rows shall not exceed number N. For extreme windows in row, i.e. closest to the ends of the pipe or rings, which can be installed on it, the extreme boundaries of the windows are located on the same line in the cross section of the pipe. Perforation windows are rectangular with possible correction of their angles by oval boundaries. One row of windows may be displaced relative to the neighbouring one by a value not exceeding half the height/width of the window; at that, part of the window which enters the zone of distance limitation is cut off and changes over to the place of the niche formed during the shift in the displaced row. Number of windows due to division of the window increases by an integer part of the number M/2, can be additionally increased due to their division by elements installed on the element filter. When making rows of windows inclined to pipe generatrix boundaries of windows can be changed within boundaries of lines determined by perforation criterion, on condition of reduction of section for perforation on filter element pipe.
EFFECT: determination of the most optimal dimensions and operating characteristics of the filter for filtration of various media, improvement of the filter operation reliability, provision of higher quality of medium filtration, convenience of installation, operation and maintenance.
