SUBSTANCE: invention relates to varnish-and-paint installation and to method of part varnish-and-paint treatment, in which coating is sprayed in varnish-and-paint station using at least one varnish-and-paint device on part; on exhaust station located under varnish-and-paint station, using an exhaust device with a filter element from the varnish-and-paint station, air with over spraying is drawn, and over sprayed from the elongated air is deposited on the filtering element. According to the invention, it is provided that the exhaust air is discharged through the suction hole located in the lower area of the exhaust station, wherein filter element is located approximately in middle of exhaust space of exhaust station and installed on suction hole, note here that said filter element features outer peripheral area converging from bottom to top.
EFFECT: technical result is increase of varnish-and-paint coating treatment efficiency.
