SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacturing technology of devices used in cable joints and aimed at uniform distribution of the force field of high-voltage electric cables. The method of stress cone manufacture for cable joints includes vacuum filling of the mould cavity, which is made in at least two parts, with a transparent polymer material, with subsequent heating of the said polymeric material to the temperature above 50°C, to initiate its polymerisation with a time delay in a cavity zone with forced cooling comprising an opening for polymeric material filling/draining, and with simultaneous lowering of rising pressure by removing the excess polymeric material from the mould cavity. The ability to conduct a visual inspection of the product is provided during manufacture in order to detect possible defects and in the course of operation in order to identify possible damage.
