FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device comprises surgical instrument and fastening element configured to hold liquid adhesive. Fastening element contains two-component liquid adhesive. Adhesive is formed by two liquid materials, when combined. Fastening element is made with possibility to be compressed by surgical tool, by means of which pressure on part of fastening element is created.
EFFECT: fastening element can be dissected, and region under pressure can be made with possibility to push liquid adhesive in tissue section.
