SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device comprises a surgical instrument having cutter and stapler. Cutting device is made with possibility of cutting part of tissue. Stapler device is made with possibility to enter into the tissue multiple brackets to form a line of brackets. Device additionally comprises reinforcing clamp. Reinforcing clamp is made with possibility to be in a selective communication with the line clamps. Reinforcing clamp comprises a crown, leg and teeth. In some versions the leg has a width operable to cover the area defined by the staple line.
EFFECT: in some versions of teeth is configured with possibility of fixation in tissue.
