SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and veterinary medicine, namely to experimental biology, toxicology, and can be used to simulate toxic hepatitis. Male rats are orally administered in a single dose of 1,2-diaminoethane in dosage of 500 mg/kg in the form of a solution consisting of 1,2-diaminoethane and water for injections in ratio of 1:7.

EFFECT: invention provides an easily reproducible and short-term method of simulating toxic hepatitis.
