FIELD: medicine; veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and veterinary medicine, namely to experimental biology, toxicology, and can be used to simulate toxic hepatitis. Male rats are exposed to a toxic agent orally. Toxic agent used is methyltrichloride, which is administered once in dosage of 250 mg/kg in the form of a solution consisting of methyltrichloride and water for injections in ratio of 1:3.
EFFECT: invention provides an easily reproducible and short-term method of simulating toxic hepatitis.
