FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: bidirectional pneumoapplanation of cornea is performed, intraocular pressure by Goldman (IOPg), CH (corneal hysteresis), CRF (corneal resistance factor) are determined and coefficient of biomechanical tension of fibrous membrane of eye is calculated by formula , and if its value is 1.1 and higher, risk of development of progressing of glaucoma is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides possibility of obtaining biomechanical parameters with determination of degree of tension of fibrous membrane of eye without contact with cornea, and with obtaining data with high sensitivity and specificity for further monitoring of patient's state and determination of necessity of carrying out additional optimisation of hypotensive mode.
