SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Intraocular pressure level is determined by non-contact tonometry, biomechanically corrected IOP level, corneal stiffness: DA Ratio, Integr. Radius, central corneal thickness, refraction is examined and at level of intraocular pressure, measured by standard non-contact tonometry, higher than 21 mm Hg, biomechanically corrected IOP is higher than 15.5 mm Hg, DA Ratio is less than 3.3, Integr. Radius less than 5.9 mm, if observing hyperopic refraction in an eye with central corneal thickness of 580 mcm and more, glaucoma is diagnosed in an eye with previous radial keratotomy.

EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of diagnosing glaucoma by using a combination of tonometry, morphometry, refractometry, corneal tissue stiffness and improves the possibility of verifying glaucoma in eyes after radial keratotomy at early stages.
