SUBSTANCE: method for enhancement of food composition taste attractiveness includes adding a flavoring agent with egg and chicken taste to the food composition. The flavoring agent is a mixture of chicken and egg proteins obtained by enzymatic cleavage of protein-containing waste by digestion products (digest), and is applied onto a carrier, which is corn gluten meal. Egg and chicken flavoring agent is added to the food compositions in the amount from about 2.5% to about 30 wt %. The food composition comprising one or more edible ingredients combined with the egg and chicken flavoring agent is placed into containers. Introduction of the egg and chicken flavoring agent increases the food composition taste attractiveness.
EFFECT: invention refers to fodder production and discloses the food composition and the food composition taste attractiveness method.
