FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: pattern of explosion hazardous facility is installed in the test bench of antiblast elements in the test cell, and video cameras for video surveillance are installed along its inner and outer perimeters, and the outputs from the video cameras is connected through the inner cavity of the spacers to the unit, by which the recording and registration of the running processes of process parameters changing in the pattern is made. In the ceiling part of the pattern the opening is made, it is covered by the antiblast element, free installed on three resilient rods, one end of each rod is rigidly fixed in the pattern ceiling, and on the another end horizontal bar is installed. The triaxial pressure sensor of antiblast design is installed between the explosive fission element and opening, the output of which is connected to the input of the recording and registration equipment. Internal and external surfaces of the pattern guarding are provided with glued strain sensors, their outputs are connected with input of recording and registration equipment as well.

EFFECT: improving protection efficiency of process equipment against explosions by increasing quick action and reliability of breaking flanges actuation.
