SUBSTANCE: method includes photographing and transmitting a traffic accident image to a personal computer, information processing. Traffic accident photography and image transfer to a personal computer performed by a photocopter. The method involves the use of a scanner with the software for recognition of driving licenses and technical certificates of vehicles for automated making of a traffic accident protocol.
EFFECT: improvement of accuracy and timeliness of identification of traffic accident factors.
