FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: automated complex for protocolling a road traffic accident, includes a means of photographing and transferring the road traffic accident image to the computer, an information processing device for drawing a topographic image of the road traffic accident plan and its environment on the paper medium. The photo-copter is equipped with a camera and gyroscopes for image stabilization, as well as a device for transmitting photographic images on the laptop computer with the software to chart a road traffic accident. The charts include imaging the participants of the road traffic accident: vehicles, pedestrians, and other objects. The photo-copter is also equipped with a scanner with the software for recognizing the driving licenses and technical certificates of vehicles for automated protocolling the road traffic accident.
EFFECT: improving accuracy and efficiency of determining the factors of the road traffic accident on the basis of the objective parameters.
