FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be used in sport and rehabilitation practice. Load power is determined as moment of aerobic-anaerobic transition in performing test with linearly increasing load power. Aerobic-anaerobic transition is determined by point on smoothed curve, reflecting dynamics of change of EMG-activity intensity in the process of test execution, which corresponds to position of point of inflection on the graph of dependence of the average value of content of deoxygenated form of haemoglobin in muscular tissue, measured by means of IR-spectroscopy, on the average value of its EMG-activity. Point of inflection is determined by point of intersection of two straight lines, approximating initial and terminal sections of the graph.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase reliability of analysis, which is achieved due to determination of dependence of change of deoxyhaemoglobin concentration on intensity of working muscle EMG-activity.
