FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and deals with method of differential diagnostics of primary manifestations of neurointoxication by vinyl chloride and vapour of metal mercury, which includes carrying out neurological examination, where levels of antibodies to acetylcholine receptors and antibodies to serotoninergic receptors are additionally determined in blood serum, diagnostic coefficients F1 and F2 are calculated by formulae. If F1<F2, early manifestation of neurointoxication with chlorinated hydrocarbons is diagnosed, if F1>F2, early manifestation of neurointoxication with vapour of metal mercury is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention ensures increase of diagnostics reliability due to application of specific indices - levels of autoantibodies with direction to regulatory proteins of nervous tissue.
