FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of animal husbandry, in particular to methods of rearing suckling piglets. The present method of rearing suckling piglets in the multiple brood includes their separation by weight on the first day, and then the piglets are left with the sow, which number corresponds to the number of functioning dugs, and the other pigs from two adjacent pens are placed in the brooder set between these pens, where during the first day the temperature is maintained not greater than 37°C with a gradual decrease to 30-33°C to the 10th day, and feeding is carried out in doses 23-24 times a day with liquid feed from the automatic autonomous feeding trough, in which the prestarter feed is mixed in an amount of not more than 370 g per 1 kg of body weight of a piglet with water to form a gruel, a sweetener is added in an amount not more than 0.001 g per 1 kg of the prestarter feed, and flavoring - not more than 0.01 g per 1 kg of prestarter feed. For habituation to solid feed on the 5-7th day 3 times a day in intervals between the liquid feeding the piglets receive roasted and crushed corn and soybeans with a particle size of 0.8-1 mm at 12 g per day per 1 kg of body weight of piglets.
EFFECT: invention provides safety of so-called "excess" pigs in multiple brood.
