FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is based on the creation and use of the jet of liquid directed on the controlled product used as the liquid and the fiber forming together with the used fiber-optical converter (GP), a measuring instrument measuring channel. In the inventive process control of the linear dimensions of articles, which uses a metre and an optically transparent measuring rod tip and with the possibility of mechanical contact of the tip with the workpiece, creating by means of optical radiation input light, forming a zone of mechanical contact reflected luminous flux directing the reflected luminous flux meter for conversion into an electrical signal, measure its parameters and calculating current coordinate surface of the article and a linear size of the product. Thus, for bidirectional transmission input and reflected light fluxes measuring rod tip and operate as a liquid jet stream directed to the product, in addition, the reflected light flux is formed by article surface, and for the bidirectional transmission of the input and reflected light beams propagating through the jet between and it is introduced metre fiber optic transducer guiding input light to the liquid flow, and allocating and transmitting the reflected light flux propagating along a stream, for converting an electrical signal.
EFFECT: increase measurement accuracy, reduced requirements for the optical system and simplification of its structure.
