Wherein the programme includes the instructions: obtaining rolling stock parameters including: speed, coordinates, contact network voltage, traction motors current voltage, brake line discharge; determining at least the current parameters of the dependencies of the acting traction force, braking force, movement resistance force, gripping force of the wheels with the rails based on the rolling stock parameters obtained; the definition of the rolling stock weight; determining the current and the projected optimal control action based on the parameters of the dependencies obtained in the previous stage; the transmission of the rolling stock control action value defined at the previous stage into the rolling stock control system for execution.

EFFECT: minimization of energy consumption for carrying out the train and shunting operation.
