FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: cycle of exercises is performed in the dynamic mode with submaximal stress, a course consists of 20-30 sessions. For each session, 4-7 series of one type of exercise are performed subsequently, with load increase from one exercise to the next: walking on toes, heels, on the outside and the inside foot surface; circular foot rotation with a support on the back of the fingers, especially on the thumb, right and left leg alternately; fingers flexion to the sole, while standing on the floor; toes opening, toes lifting on the floor; sitting on knees, with a support on the back of the feet; standing, leaning forward, pulling the toes up by hands, then leaneing forward, bending the toes to the sole by hands; in the Hatha Yoga "Half Lotus" pose, thumbs are rotated by hands, right and left thumb alternately, then fingers are inserted between toes and toes are rotated; then the Hatha Yoga "Dog" pose is taken with a support on the back of the feet, rest; relaxation with a support on the knees and the back of the feet, head lowered to the floor; sitting on knees, with a support on the back side of the open feet, leaning back, forward bends, relaxation; in the Hatha Yoga "Plow" pose, toes are bent to the sole by hands; "Cobra" pose with a support on hands and the back of the feet; push-up from the floor with a support on the back of the feet; relaxation of the whole body in the "Dead Pose" - Savasana, psychotherapeutic autosuggestion of recovery. After the exercises, feet are immersed in a water bath with temperature of 4-6ºC, then - in hot water, then - a foot massage with castor oil.

EFFECT: method provides comprehensive therapeutic effects on the body acting on the toes, especially on the thumbs, increased blood circulation in the feet muscles, strengthened foot arch.
