FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates specifically to a propaedeutic course of dentistry, and is intended for use in teaching practical skills to students of the Faculty of Dentistry, dental technicians and doctors. When modelling, a slime is used as an impression material, from which a flat surface 3-6 mm thick is formed, the contours of fissures are drawn. Then the tubercles are formed, taking into account the anatomical shape, the height of the tubercle, the shape of the apex and the facets of the tubercle. After that, the simulated tooth is compressed from the sides, twisted in a circle and compressed in the region of the neck of the tooth. Also, after the formation of a flat surface 3-6 mm thick from the slime, one pinch is made on each of the four sides of the surface, which are folded inward, pressed in the middle, modelling five tubercles with all anatomical features - tops, slope and facets, and at the neck of the tooth twist and form the side walls of the crown. Also, a long tow is formed from the slime, folded into a “snake”, making seven loops. Then, the overall outlines of the tooth model, its main surfaces, tops of the main tubercles, fissures, tubercles and external contours are formed.
EFFECT: methods allow to ensure the accuracy and increase the speed of modelling, as well as the possibility of multiple correction of the modelled tooth and the expansion of methods for teaching the method of restoring the surfaces of the tooth crown.
