FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics, gynecology and endocrinology. Clinical examination of the patient is carried out, including measurement of waist circumference. Immunological study of blood is performed with determination of anti-Mullerian hormone, prolactin, thyroid-stimulating hormone, thyroid peroxidase antibodies by enzyme immunoassay. Z prognostic index is calculated by the formula. When Z is more than 0 a high probability of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome development is predicted. When Z is less than 0 absence of such probability is concluded. When Z is equal to 0 then the study is repeated after one month.

EFFECT: prediction of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome development in case of auxiliary reproductive technologies application by evaluation of the most informative predictors.
