SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for prediction of severe or moderate ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHS) in the IVF program. Genotyping of VEGFA and TSHR genes is carried out. In the presence of TSHR:2181C/C and VEGFA:936C/T genotypes, the patient is expected to have severe or moderate severe OHS in the IVF program.

EFFECT: invention allows to individually select the optimal protocol for ovarian stimulation and minimize the risks associated with the ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome development.
