SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication and more specifically, to auxiliary information transmission on user terminal (UE) in radio communication network comprehensive improvements. Terminal (UE) comprises processor circuit configured to generate message with auxiliary information, containing preferential power indicator (PPI) and mobility status information (MSI), those PPI indicator and MSI information are associated with UE terminal, signal generator module configured to generate control element (CE) signal of medium access control (MAC) level, MAC CE signal contains said message with auxiliary information and transmitting circuit configured to transmit MAC CE signal to evolved Node B (eNB) in radio communication network associated with said UE terminal, MAC CE signal is transmitted in uplink shared channel (UL-SCH). Message with auxiliary data can also be generated in form of radio resource control (RRC) message and sent in uplink dedicated control channel (UL-DCCH).

EFFECT: improvement of auxiliary information transmission on user UE in radio communication network.
