FIELD: communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an inter-machines communication. User terminal (UE) is configured to access to the selected resources allocation mode indication for the straight communication link between the UE in question and the other UEs, where the first resources allocation mode is a planned resources allocation by a developed Node B (eNB) of the developed universal terrestrial radio access network (E-UTRAN) and the second resources allocation mode is a standalone selection of resources by the UE; and determining whether the UE is in the coverage area or outside the straight communication link coverage area in the E-UTRAN cell; if the UE is outside the straight communication link coverage area, selecting the second resources allocation mode; if the UE is in the straight communication link coverage area, decoding the radio resource control (RRC) message to determine either the first mode, or the second mode configured by the eNB, as the selected resources allocation mode.

EFFECT: proposed are systems, methods and devices for selecting the inter-machine communication mode.
