FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio networks and is intended to reduce transmission costs between a terminal (UE) and node (eNB) of information about the terminal status. Terminal (UE) includes a processor circuit configured to generate an UE auxiliary information item containing a Preferred Power Indicator (PPI) associated with the UE; a signal generator module configured to generate a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message, this RRC message comprises UE terminal information element; and a transmission scheme configured to transmit the RRC message to the enhanced Node B (eNB) in the radio network associated with this UE, the RRC message is transmitted on the uplink dedicated control channel (UL-DCCH).
EFFECT: invention discloses, in particular, a device for improving the transmission of ancillary information about UE in a radio network.
