FIELD: medicine; biology; histology.
SUBSTANCE: biological material is fixed in Petri dish with 95% alcohol, using cover glass of a round shape with a thickness of 1 mm. Photo shooting is performed using a stereoscopic microscope on the white background in transmitted light and on the black background with reflected light. Then, obtained images are combined to a single photo, using a computer.
EFFECT: method allows for simplification and acceleration of obtainment of quantitative and qualitative characteristics, when studying biological preparations, as well as prevention of deformation of biological preparations.
