SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions, containing olefinically siloxane oligomers with at most one olefinic residue at silicon atom. Disclosed composition, containing olefinically functionalised siloxane oligomers, containing Si-O cross-linked structural elements, forming chain-like, cyclic, cross-linked and/or spatially cross-linked structures, that are derivatives of alkoxy silanes, wherein weight-average molecular weight not less than 315 g/mol, and content of residues used in production of an acid catalyst is not more than 250 mg/kg of composition. Also disclosed is a method of producing said composition.

EFFECT: technical result is disclosed compositions have very low content of volatile components and high thermal stability, which facilitates their processing and application.
