SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. The guiding device for elongated tunnel drilling into the bone includes a body and a protruding element. The housing has a proximal end, a distal end, an opening formed therein, and a central axis defined therein. The protruding element is attached to the distal end of the housing. The outer body diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the protruding element. The protruding element does not overlap the passage defined by the opening. The method for joint plastic includes provision of a guide configured to drill an oval tunnel in a bone oval, provision of a fixing device with least two separately formed ligature loops, the first and the second tissue flaps are connected to at least two ligature hinges; drilling of an oval tunnel through the bone with a drill using the guide, pulling of the fixing device through the oval tunnel; orienting the first and second transplant inside the oval tunnel and providing attachment of the fixing device to the exterior surface of the bone.

EFFECT: invention provides precision placement of the bone tunnels.
