SUBSTANCE: device comprises a resistive unit configured with several groups of resistors arranged stages, the unit switching connection comprising the main part, a control switching unit for groups of resistors and the first conductive bus connected to a first terminal of the switching unit and one of the source lines from the power supply subject to stress testing. Output resistor group of resistors is connected to the second terminal of the switch unit. The main portion includes a first surface and a second surface which is perpendicular to the first surface, the switching unit is attached to the first surface, the first bus bar is attached to the second surface through the insulator with a certain gap between the first bus and the second conductive surface. The connection switching unit removably attached to the resistance unit, so that the switching unit is disposed between the first bus bar terminal and a resistor connected to the switching unit via a cable.
