FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: load testing device includes at least two resistance units, each of which is made with several groups of resistors arranged stages along z direction, which is the vertical direction and comprises a frame made of insulating material and covering the lateral surface of the resistor groups. Each group contains resistors, lined up an array in a horizontal direction. The apparatus comprises at least two base parts, each of which comprises a cooling fan and which are formed separately. At least one of the resistance through the insulator block located on top of each of the base parts. The surface of the frame, which faces at least the resistance to another adjacent block located on the inner side of the side surface of the base on which the resistance unit is placed at a first distance when viewed from above. At least two impedance unit positioned so that the resistance between the frames of adjacent blocks there is a gap which is greater than or equal to the second distance in order to ensure the insulation resistance of the neighboring blocks. The second distance is twice the first distance. The first distance is greater than or equal to 45 mm.
