SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is represented by 15-(4-carboxymethyl(2-carboxymethyl(2-carboxymethyl(4-(14-carboxytetradecyl)phenylcarbamoylmethyl)aminoethyl)aminoethyl)-aminometilcarboxamidophenyl)-pentadecane acid application as an initial primer for production of radiopharmaceuticals based on 99mTc. The invention is capable of forming chelated complexes with anionic forms of 99mTc.
EFFECT: provision of targeted drug delivery to myocardial tissues, slowing down the myocardium metabolism process.
