FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: static loading appliance is carried out with the camera of an elastic material, placed inside the test membrane and connected to a pressure source. Static load is applied to the most stressed area of the membrane defined by the specified load conditions, the intense amount of material which is determined using rotation membrane general theory equations or approximate numerical methods. The half value of the membrane material strength during stretching in a strained material volume, and the applied pressure value is calculated by formulas.

EFFECT: higher reliability of ceramic membranes strength control in the production process and during development work.
