FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: said measuring method is based on the mathematical model of the dynamic phasor. The digital low-pass filter is constructed for the phasor factors, combined with the DFT. This filter removes the spectral leakage caused by the input signals of the dynamic phasor, wherein measurements of the original phasor can be carried out after the spectrum leakage elimination. The dynamic phasor is approximated using the second order Taylor series. The linear relationship is explored between the measurement errors due to the averaging effect of the DFT, and the coefficients of the second order Taylor series. Then said linear relationship is used to compensate for the initial measurement errors in the dynamic conditions.
EFFECT: ability to accurate and quick measuring the phasor both in static and dynamic conditions, the accuracy of the said method for measuring not only meets the technical requirements of the relevant standards, but also exceeds by an order the requirements of these standards.
