METHOD OF DIAGNOSTICS AND CORRECTION OF CEREBRAL HYPERTHERMIA SYNDROME Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/01

Abstract RU 2645927 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and concerns diagnosis of cerebral hyperthermia syndrome. For this, recording brain deep tissues own electromagnetic radiation (EMR) in the range of 3–4 GHz radio waves on the surface of the scalp of the subject at rest. Recording is carried out at several points located in the projections of the functional regions of the brain. Determining the temperature in these areas of the brain with the help of EMR values. Calculating the difference between the temperatures determined in these areas of the brain (thermal asymmetry), as well as the average temperature value over all measured points in each hemisphere of the brain. If there is an average temperature above 37 °C across all measured points in at least one hemisphere and with the detection of at least two cases of thermal asymmetry from 1.5 °C to 2 °C or at least one case of thermal asymmetry of more than 2 °C diagnosing the syndrome of cerebral hyperthermia.

EFFECT: method provides an objective analysis of the picture of the temperature anomalies of the brain with the ability to localize the area of pathology and predict the possible consequences of diseases based on the affected functional areas of the brain.
