FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of anodes for electrolytic capacitors. The method consists of the following stages: a) compacting of tantalum powder around tantalum wire or tantalum tape, or tantalum sheet to form a molded product, b) sintering of the molded product to produce a porous sintered product, c) cooling of the sintered body, d) processing of the porous sintered product by single or several gaseous or liquid oxidants and e) anodic oxidation of the treated sintered body in an electrolyte to form a dielectric layer. The mentioned one or several gaseous or liquid oxidizing agents are selected from the group, consisting of dry oxygen, ozone, peroxides, perborates, percarbonates, periodates, permanganates and peracids. When using the dry oxygen as the oxidizing agent, the treatment at the stage d) is carried out at temperatures above 60°C.
EFFECT: invention provides production of tantalum anodes for electrolytic capacitors with high and persistent long-term tensile strength of wire bending.
