SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. 3D in vitro two-phase osteochondral "organoid" is described, containing layer of artificial cartilaginous tissue/chondrogenic cells aggregates and layer of artificial bone tissue, where artificial bone comprises frame structure and structure of bone marrow; where structure of bone marrow in artificial bone tissue is obtained by sowing mesenchymal stem cells on frame structure and where layer of artificial cartilaginous tissue/chondrogenic cells aggregates is in contact with at least one surface layer of artificial bone tissue, and methods of obtaining and using them.
EFFECT: invention extends range of products for medical diagnostics.
