Disclosed are a method of obtaining a graft based on cell spheroids and a graft for restoration of skeletal connective tissues of a person obtained by the method. The method includes the isolation of cells from the cambial layer of the periosteum of a person, their cultivation in an adhesive culture, followed by transfer to agarose wells where they merge with the formation of cell spheroids.

EFFECT: inventions provide a graft in the form of cellular spheroids from autologous cells of the periosteum of a person which have pronounced regenerative potential for the effective restoration of skeletal connective tissues, in particular articular cartilage and bone.
